Injection moulding is the last production stage in the Film Insert Moulding process, transforming each printed and formed part into a solid three dimensional component.

Key to this stage of the process are the resins used.  These are essentially standard materials, but require careful specification to ensure that they function with the inks and film substrates that are used earlier in process.
